Word and Silence

Christian Meditation is a practice as old as the New Testament. The benefits to mind and body are numerous but, more importantly, it is an unparalleled way of furthering our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. This channel offers resources for deepening and enriching a practice of silent prayer. These include "how to" sessions, guided meditations and some reflections on theory and method. My own practice is based on Centering Prayer, but I also discuss Ignatian methods of prayer.
